Heaps of strewn rubbish creates an eyesore in the heart of Estcourt. Residents and business people alike are unhappy about the dumping outbreak in the lower Harding Street area.

An outraged businessperson spoke on condition of anonymity, saying, “I am now putting this in the news because we have contacted the municipality over 15 times in the last four months.”

The refuse is piled up along a driveway, creating an unhygienic trail. These concerns were sent to the municipality a week ago, but no comment had been received.
