Did the Drakensview Primary School learners’ singing of ‘Hey Bokke’ recently help South Africa beat Canada in their final pool match?

Although the school did not stop the academic programme to watch the match, many learners came to school in their South African rugby jerseys.

There was lots of excitement at lunchtime when everyone was told that the half-time score was 47-0.

The final score brought more cheers. Well done to our Bokke!
