Donors pour in at SANBS blood drive

Many Dundonians have donated blood today, with more expected as the day winds down.

Whether it was the lure of getting a self-stirring mug or the desire to do good, Dundee donors came out in their numbers to support the South African National Blood Service (SANBS) today.

Based at the St James Anglican Church, the drive attracted a host of donors, with people still pouring in. SANBS officials will be at the venue until 6pm tonight for those working a full day.

Have you donated blood as yet? If not, what’s stopping you?
