Legal battle between Eskom and Newcastle Municipality comes to an end

The matter between Eskom and the Newcastle Municipality, which was being heard in the Pietermaritzburg High Court today, has come to an end.
Newcastle Advertiser’s reporters who attended the case, have said all parties have reached an agreement, and a consent order was granted by Judge Elsa Bezuidenhout. This is what the order stipulates:
