Ladysmith residents have been battling without water since this morning (March 27) and it still hasn’t come back on.
Kandahar Avenue, parts of Ezakheni, Burford and other areas have ‘dry taps’ at the moment.

People are panicking because, due to Covid-19, they need to wash their hands often and cannot do so without water.
