Police spokesperson Captain Bongani Nyathi said that the woman was found selling the alcohol inside a shop.

He added that police will be targeting establishments that flout this rule and closing them down.

“People are warned to stop selling liquor without licences, especially those who are using others to sell on their behalf. More shebeens are going to be targeted and closed down,” he added.
