Use your power to make someone else smile

What makes you smile?

Do you know that you have a superpower?

It’s called your smile and Smile Power Day encourages you to use that power for good.

The origin of Smile Power Day is unknown, but it’s aim is clear, to encourage people around the world to dedicate a day to smiling

Smiling is a symbol of happiness, and in a world in the grips of the Covid-19 pandemic, we all need a reason to be happy. Your smile can be a beacon of hope to someone in need of a little light.

And by smiling, you also activate your nervous system into releasing endorphins which produce the happy hormone.

When last did you really smile? Not a fake one just for show, but a genuine one.  When last did you make someone else smile? And what makes you smile?
