Klipriver Taxi Association vehicles to carry maximum passengers from Monday
A meeting involving all taxi associations in the province and the MEC for Transport was supposed to happen, but did not

The South African National Taxi Council (Santaco) came to a decision that all taxis in KZN will operate at full-capacity loading, starting from Monday (June 29).
“On Wednesday, June 24, a meeting involving all taxi associations in KZN and MEC for Transport Mr Bheki Ntuli was supposed to happen. That meeting never took place, as the Crime Intelligence Gathering (CIG) police unit informed us that the MEC fears for his life. Thus we came to a decision that all taxis in KZN will operate at full capacity,” said Klipriver Taxi Association chairperson Bhekuyise Masondo.
