The school released the following statement on the matter:
Monument would like to thank Sister Zamo Buthelezi and her team from the Department of Health for testing our Grade 7DB class for Covid-19. These tests were done after a learner had tested positive. As per protocol, the Department of Health arrived the very next day for further testing. We now await results informing us as to whether or not they may return to school. The school was once again deep cleaned and we were granted permission to continue teaching in the other classes due to our school complying with all Covid-19 regulations.
