Dozens of cats and dogs are at the Estcourt Animal Shelter, awaiting their forever homes.

This timid-natured female is available for adoption. She is approximately two years old.

This ginger male is one of the new additions at the Estcourt Animal Shelter and hopes to have a new home soon. He is very friendly.

The adoption fee is R500 and all animals are sterilised and receive their first vaccination.

Roxy would love to be your family pet. She is about three years old and enjoys being showered with attention.

Some of the animals have been at the shelter for over a year and would love to find their forever home.

With a love for cuddles, this adult female would be the ‘purrfect’ family pet.

Mr Magu is a gentle 11-month-old who is looking for his forever home.

The Estcourt Animal Shelter is a community-owned organisation and relies on the generosity of the public to continue operating. Locals can donate pet food by placing it in the trollies at Spar and Pick ‘n Pay or make a cash donation via the shelter’s bank account – Estcourt Animal Shelter, Nedbank Ltd – Estcourt, current account, account number 1110717865, branch code 134925.

Minki is almost three years old and has been at the shelter for over a year. He loves to be petted and reciprocates with meows and purrs.
