DUNDEE: Union members gather in front of hospital

COSATU has planned a national stay away today

Union members are gathering outside the Dundee Hospital this morning ahead of the COSATU (Congress of South African Trade Unions) planned National Industrial Strike/Stay away today.

Cars are also parked near the nearby park. In a memo widely circulated, COSATU says the strike is about ‘socio-economic issues which have further deepened the crisis of inequality, poverty and unemployment’.

Traffic Police will be monitoring the situation
