A man was shot dead late last night on McKenzie Street. SAPS later arrested one person and recovered a firearm and a vehicle.

The circumstances surrounding the shooting are not yet clear but it was confirmed that the victim was shot dead outside 37Mc Kenzie Street which is the premises of a salon.
