VRYHEID KZN: Permit needed to sell second-hand goods for R100 or more

The South African Police Service (SAPS) would like to inform the community about the regulations regarding selling second-hand goods to the value of more than R100 (excluding second-hand clothing). The seller needs to obtain a permit to do this. Permits are free of charge and can be obtained from Warrant Officer Morné Gouws on 0716076574
