The community has reacted with shock to the sudden passing of popular Dundee Magistrate Kobus Botha.

Mr Botha, who was currently assisting in the Nquthu Magistrate’s Court, apparently suffered a heart attack late on Saturday afternoon.

He was head Magistrate in Dundee for many years and was known to be a warm, sociable man with time for every one. To many he was simply known as ‘Judge’.
