DUNDEE KZN: Municipal system error to leave many frustrated

Endumeni residents will not receive rates or refuse accounts, even via email, due to the municipality’s account’s system not working.

There is no timeframe given for when the matter will be resolved.

Many have already voiced their frustration that they have not received accounts in months through the Post Office.

Those who opted to have their accounts emailed to them monthly will now also endure the same frustration until the system is operational again.
