VRYHEID KZN: Escaped lions spotted roaming around farming area

 This morning (May 9), a male and female lion have been spotted in the Enyati area where they have slaughtered five of the community’s cattle, including a horse.  It is alleged that the lions escaped approximately a week ago from a reserve in the Pongola area. Vryheid SPCA was on hand to ensure the cattle were in deed dead and not suffering from severe injuries. ALSO
