DUNDEE KZN: Can you help the ABH Home in their hour of need?
"Our mission has always been to provide good-quality, freshly-cooked meals for our residents, daily."

The Covid-19 lockdown and related crisis has hit the economy hard. Non-profit organisations that rely on the generosity of others have especially found themselves facing tough times.
None more so than the ABH – VJ Kara Homes for the Aged in Glencoe. The Home is looking for 365 sponsors to cater for one meal a day for the 30 residents who are accommodated at the Home in Biggar Street. Simla Mohabir of the dedicated ABH Committee said the Home strives to offer its residents a safe, stimulating environment for the aged to enjoy their golden years.
“Our mission has always been to provide good-quality, freshly-cooked meals for our residents, daily. The Home would benefit greatly if one of the meals each day was sponsored, as we are an NPO, yet we strive to provide only the best for our residents. We are appealing to businesses and the public at large to support our campaign. We are looking for 365 sponsors to sponsor a meal a day. We have different packages from which sponsors can choose. Call us on 034 393 1705 to book your date.”
Should you require further details, call Simla on 082 932 8758 or Sunita on 082 496 7024. “Make a difference in the lives of our aged; call now.”
