ESTCOURT KZN: Brigadier welcomes new ‘blue blood’

The Uthukela District Commander, Brigadier Francis Bantham, recently welcomed five new appointees to the Uthukela District

The Uthukela District Commander, Brigadier Francis Bantham, recently welcomed five new appointees to the Uthukela District.

They are Colonel Mzinyane, Colonel Zondi, Captain Mpanza, Warrant Officer Ngubane and Captain Soshibo.

Captain JZ Mpanza is the new support head at Bergville SAPS. She comes from Nottingham Road SAPS on promotion.
The captain has served at several sub-components as commander.

Warrant Officer Ngubane is the Weenen detective commander.

She has served at Durban North SAPS since 2005 and has a flair for detective work. She is ‘hands-on’ in a male-dominated environment.

She was recently promoted to the rank of warrant officer.

Captain Soshibo is the commander at the Estcourt Family Violence, Child Protection & Sexual Offences (FCS) Unit.
