VRYHEID KZN: GCIS conducts vaccination awareness to stop false information
The GCIS members also told everyone to stop listening to the 'myths' and stop spreading false information about the vaccines.

Members of the Government Communication & Information System (GCIS) partnered with Inkandla Municipality and the Department of Health to conduct a Covid-19 vaccination programme in the Inkandla kwaNxamalala area last week.
A Covid-19 vaccine roll-out programme was carried out at the Lindelani Thusong Centre for people aged 35 and above, and also for senior citizens. The aim of the GSIC was to spread awareness among the people who were present at the centre and in the surrounding areas of kwaNxamalala and Inkandla, as loud hailing was also done in the community.
They aimed to educate as many people as possible about the Covid-19 vaccines they can take, how the vaccines work and also how they can register in order to be vaccinated. The GCIS members also told everyone to stop listening to the ‘myths’ and stop spreading false information about the vaccines. ALSO READ:Kukhunjuzwe abagibeli base Nquthu ngokubaluleka kwe-SONA
