There’s finally some relief on the cards for residents wanting to receive their water bills.

Umzinyathi District Municipality has simplified the process of getting statements by launching a special feature on their website where customers can get their statements timeously and easily.

This follows numerous complaints over the years by customers who say they never receive bills, so they never know how much to pay. Many just pay an estimated figure.
