VRYHEID KZN: Parkrunners crank it up, with a new record

58 walkers / runners attended the parkrun this past Saturday. The men’s section was won by Ndumiso Nkosi in a fantastic time of 17.15, while the first lady home was Chereza Gadd in 33.54. Ndumiso’s time is a new record for the JM15-17 age group. Congratulations to him!
The official run starts at 07:00. For those who cannot attend the official event, there are some participants who are really early risers and begin at 05:30. Francois will be there to make sure that new members get help with the route. For official results, please register as a participant on the Vryheid parkrun website.
