Today (November 1) is Voting Day in South Africa, with people flocking to voting stations across the country to make their mark.

In Ward 20 here in Ladysmith, it has been a quiet day so far, with a slow but steady flow of voters making their way to voting stations in the area.

Political officials are showing support for their voters by stationing themselves outside the voting stations.
