The Independent Electoral Commission’s (IEC), Ntombifuthi Masinga, confirmed that they’ve completed vote-counting and capturing in three municipalities, one of which was Endumeni.
“We have concluded capturing results in those three municipalities. They are not going to be immediately available because they still have to go through auditing which is currently underway in those offices.”
Endumeni is currently tightly contested as the IFP and ANC battle it out for control of the council, with the DA in third.
