NEWCASTLE KZN: Hospital requires assistance to locate family of deceased patient
Officials visited the given address but no one there seemed to know who Mr Zebe was.
The Madadeni Provincial Hospital is asking for the public’s help in locating the relatives of Mr Zakede Zebe, who died on September 3.
Zebe was admitted to the hospital on August 28th, according to Chief Executive Officer, Mrs H.S.L Khanyi.
“According to our records, his next of kin is Mr Mnotho Nxumalo, but his phone number is no longer active.”
Zebe is said to be from B1 Xaba Stand, Ebhareni, Osizweni.
However, when officials arrived at the given address, no one seemed to know who Mr Zebe was and claimed he did not live there.
Anyone with information about his relatives’ whereabouts is urged to contact the Public Relations Offices at 034 328 8043 or 034 328 8230.
