Residents of Colenso should be prepared, as their water supply will be disrupted on Tuesday (November 9).

Reason

This is because maintenance will be carried out on the raw water pipeline from the abstraction point to the existing dosing room.

No water

uThukela District Municipality says that given the kind of work to be completed, the operation has to be stopped completely.

The municipality pleads with the community of Colenso to prepare for this coming water shut down.

The disruptions will be kept to a minimum so that normal operations can resume as soon as possible.
