Close to two weeks without water

uThukela say they are fixing the pumps and attending to the technical faults...

Residents are furious after going almost two weeks without water in areas such as Ezakheni, Aloe Park, Hillside, Acaciavale and surrounding areas.

The water issue is an ongoing problem and residents say they are fed up with uThukela always blaming the pumps or the silt in the water.

uThukela sent out a media statement on Tuesday (April 26), stating that they are fixing the pumps and attending to the technical faults.

This, they say, is likely to affect water supply until tomorrow (April 29).
