According to Elisha Parbhoodeen (Regional Customer Service Manager), after a purchase, each customer receives an SMS with the option to rate the store’s service.
“We tally up the votes and choose a winner based on their ranking as well as their consistency. When it came to customer service, PnP Newcastle Mall was the overall winner throughout the entire Coastal region, ranking the highest and most consistent,” she explained.
