The sounds of Amajuba come out tops at provincial competition

The Sounds of Amajuba is a community choir with the ultimate aim to unearth the potential and talents hidden in our disadvantaged communities.

The choir recently represented the Amajuba District and dominated at the Provincial Arts and Culture Choral Music Competition hosted at the Olive Convention Centre in Durban from March 4 to 5.

The talented group of musicians came out on top in all categories thy featured in, under the baton of conductor, Senzeni Emanual Hlatshwayo.

We extend our immeasurable gratitude to Thaven Naidoo, owner of TCC Chemicals Shop, for his financial assistance. He a very humble man and a true humanitarian who also supported us food parcels,” said Hlatshwayo.

“May you and your team be blessed far beyond any expectations. You are our God sent son of God. You deserve the highest honour for your never ending giving. You are our true hero. Thank you!”
