Department of agriculture hosts workshop for farmers day

The Department of Agriculture held a workshop for local farmers in Ephokweni village (Ingogo) last week Thursday (March 23).

The Department of Agriculture collaborated with Epol to organise a workshop to help local goat farmers improve their skills.

According to event organiser Alfred Ndwandwe of the Department of Agriculture, the workshop was designed to teach about goat farming, a popular agricultural activity in rural areas.

He declared the event a success and thanked the entire Department of Agriculture Amajuba district for their assistance.
