Newcastle crime fighters help take down suspected drug and alcohol dealer
The Newcastle Crime Fighters Task Team, together with various other stakeholders, successfully arrested a suspect believed to be dealing drugs and selling unlicensed liquor over the weekend.
Imran Ghafoor, NCFT member, said a tip-off was received regarding the suspect and an intelligence-driven operation was immediately put into motion.
The suspect was monitored closely before law enforcement arrested him, leading to the recovery of 113 parcels of dagga, 81 capsules of whoonga, and 44 bottles of beer.
Ghafoor thanked his team, the Newcastle K9 A shift, and Optimus Protection Services for yet another job well done!
