Three foreign nationals are set to appear in court on Monday (January 20) for allegedly kidnapping and assaulting a Ladysmith resident in January last year. The victim was left in the middle of nowhere.

The Hawks led the investigation that led to the arrests last year.

The suspects have been out on bail and will appear in court on Monday.
