LETTER TO THE EDITOR: Thanks for the love and great service

Editor –
I would like to thank Karen and the Eventide staff for their support.
It is two months since my cousin, Kotie de Waal, passed away.
I would like to say ‘thank you’ to all the staff who were involved with her care, for all the love she received.
She was always treated with the greatest respect and I really appreciate it.
I was always welcomed even when it was outside of visiting hours.
The staff were always friendly and prepared to help when necessary.
On the day that more care was necessary, the available doctor was called and an ambulance arrived within five minutes.
It is wonderful to experience such service and is comforting for all with a loved one being cared for at SAVF Eventide.
Karen, you can truly be proud of your staff, who are always professional, helpful and caring.
We will continue to pray for you and your staff, and thank the Lord for people like you who care for the elderly with so much love.
You all have so much passion for what you do.
May SAVF Eventide continue to provide care for our elderly for many years to come.
