Lions show appreciation to the elderly

The Lions Club paid a visit to the old age home on Mother's Day

In honour of Mother’s Day, the Ladysmith Lions Club visited Juana Maria Old Age Home on Sunday, May 14.

The aim of the initiative was to show love to the elderly on this special day, and to remind them that they are treasured and not forgotten.

The ladies of the Lions Club handed out lovely roses to all the female residents at the Home to make them feel appreciated as mothers and grandmothers.
