Taking pride in heritage

Various establishments throughout the valley teamed together to ensure that this project was a great success

The Cathkin Conservancy and the Central Drakensberg Ratepayers Association joined forces on Mandela Day (July 18) in an environmental project to clean up the litter.

The route they focused on was along the R600 main road, from Thokozisa Lifestyle Centre to Ezemvelo Monks Cowl, including some of the smaller junction roads such as the R160 and the Bell Park Dam Road.

Various establishments throughout the valley teamed together to ensure that this project was a great success.

The residents of Champagne Valley are indeed proud of their heritage.
