SASSA warns of insufficient cash at post offices

The gold cards operate like any other bank card and can be used to withdraw cash

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) has urged grant beneficiaries in KwaZulu-Natal to collect their money at ATMs and retail stores such as Boxer, Pick n Pay, SPAR, Shoprite and Usave. SASSA directs this message to those who will be getting their money starting from today (October 3).

In a statement issued by SASSA, it says this is due to many post office branches in KwaZulu-Natal reporting that they anticipate insufficient cash in store as a result of cash delivery delays.
