Opening of Bhevu High School in Roosboom

The event was attended by councillors and other stakeholders

KwaZulu-Natal MEC for Education Ms Mbali Frazer officially opened Bhevu High School yesterday (October 12) in Roosboom.

The project started in May 2017 and was completed in September 2020, with a total of 17 standard classrooms.

The community of Roosboom (Ward 13) came out in numbers to celebrate at the prestigious event, which was graced by the presence of some councillors and other relevant stakeholders.

Ward 13 Councillor Khubeka imparted words of gratitude, saying, “We are very thankful to the department for seeing the need to uplift the standards of Bhev High School and the patience given during the process of building the school. We are grateful as the community of Roosboom.”
