ANC regional secretary Bonga Hlomuka (Josiah Gumede region) donated 200 school uniforms to schools in Ezakheni Ward 2 recently.

Hlomuka comes from this area and said he felt he should do something for the community.

The 200 full school uniforms were divided among three schools, namely: Idamu Junior Primary, Gqama Senior Secondary and Ezakheni High School.

He said that the beneficiaries were identified by the schools. “We consulted the principals to identify needy learners at their schools. We thank the schools for allowing us to donate and we also thank the parents for showing gratitude,” said Hlomuka.
