Newcastle Lions challenge you to Flip Flop for CHOC – Are you in?

This Valentine’s Day, trade your shoes for flip-flops and join CHOC’s Flip Flop Day to help kids fighting cancer.

Mark your calendars!

CHOC, the Childhood Cancer Foundation of South Africa, is hosting Flip Flop Day on February 14, and the Newcastle Lions Club is calling on the Newcastle community to step up and show their support for children battling cancer.

Here’s how you can get involved:

  • Wear your flip-flops on the day and donate just R10 to CHOC.
  • Challenge your company to join the cause by purchasing stickers for all employees and turning the day into a fun-filled event.

As an added bonus, any company that purchases stickers and participates will have its logo featured on the Lions Club’s social media pages.

Plus, on the big day, we encourage companies to snap fun photos of their staff in flip-flops and share them with us – we’ll proudly post them on our platforms!

How to order your stickers:

  • Place your orders with the Newcastle Lions Club by Friday, February 7. Banking details will be provided upon placing your order.
  • Let’s come together as a community, make a difference, and have a Flip-Flopping amazing day!

Stickers can also be bought on the Choc website and at Tekkie Town
