Residents and motorists are frustrated by the persistent water leak in White Road, which has now resulted in potholes that are filled with dirty water.

Municipal workers attempted to fix the problem, but it has recurred and seems to be getting worse by the day.

“The first time the municipality intervened, they just filled the hole with gravel, which obviously was not a permanent solution. Hence the problem is back again. The state of our roads is appalling,” said one resident.
