A violent incident unfolded in Farquhar Road today (April 11), where a man was severely beaten and left for dead.

The man was found unconscious by a passerby.

Police and ER24 responded to the scene, with paramedics providing critical assistance to the assault victim.

The injured individual sustained moderate injuries and was taken to hospital for medical attention.
