One dead in head-on collision on N11 near Ladysmith
One person killed in head on collision between a truck and a bakkie.
A devastating head-on collision occurred on the N11 near the Ladysmith Motel this morning (June 26), leaving one person dead.
According to reports, a light motor vehicle and a truck were involved in the crash. Despite the swift response from emergency services, including Daves Towing Service, public safety officials, and paramedics, the driver of the light motor vehicle was declared dead at the scene.
The collision has left many shaken, and an investigation is underway to determine its cause. The truck driver escaped without serious injury.

Daves Towing Service and emergency personnel worked tirelessly to clear the scene and restore order to the area.
The identity of the deceased has not yet been confirmed.
