Parkrun warms spirits as runners embrace the chill at Rooi Point Farm

Runners defied the cold winter morning with fitness, fun and friendly faces at the Rooi Point Farm’s weekly Parkrun.

Parkrun at Rooi Point Farm continues to prove the perfect winter mood booster, with a healthy mix of fun, fitness, and friendly faces every Saturday morning.

Although temperatures were low, spirits soared at this past weekend’s event. As Parkrun enthusiasts set off on their weekly 5km dash, layers of clothing were quickly shed as body temperatures rose.
