The Ladysmith Gazette team split into two groups, with one heading to Ted’s Engen Garage and the other to DB’s Service Station (Engen), to sell copies of the newspaper. Each purchase came with a FREE Bar One chocolate, delighting early-morning shoppers, especially the little ones accompanying their parents.

“What’s better than getting to read your favourite local paper and enjoying a delicious sweet treat as well,” said one of the buyers. 

Thank you to everyone who grabbed a copy of the paper and said a friendly ‘hello’ to the team.
