Newcastle Senior Primary School hosts prize giving ceremony
Prefect with best Leadership skills was recently awarded to Khethelo Langa during the NSPS Annual Prize Giving Ceremony.
Newcastle Senior Primary School hosted its annual awards evening on Thursday, October 27.
The school’s outstanding choirs – Hungarian Bell Choir, German Bell Choir, and Senior Choir – entertained the parents before the awards were handed out.
The following were the presentations’ highlights:
Dux – Taahir Latif
Best Prefect – Siyamthanda Jiyane
Prefect with best Leadership – Khethelo Langa
Most Versatile Learner in Sport, Culture and Academics (Boy) – Nkazimulo Mkonyeni
Most Versatile Learner in Sport, Culture and Academics (Girl) – Khanyisile Ngwenya
Most Versatile in Sport (Boy) – Siphelele Mosia
Sportsman of the Year – Siphelele Mosia and Kwando Mazibuko
Sportswoman of the year (Team) – Tiana Kemp
Sportswoman of the Year (Individual) – Sandisiwe Dakkie
