Matrics compete for most memorable entrance to their farewell

For many matric learners, the farewell represents the closing of an important chapter in their lives as they step into adulthood.

Each matric learner attempted to outdo the next with the most memorable entrance at St Dominics matric farewell.

Dressed to impress, St Dominics’ Grade 12’s gathered at the Douthwaite Centre for one last fun-filled glamorous evening spent socialising with their classmates, before turning their attention towards final exam preparations.

Learners were escourted to the event in luxury rides, taxis, motorcycles and a learner was even flown in, in a helicopter.

One learner punctuated her entrance with a fireworks display and others danced their way down the runway as the crowd cheered them on.
