Bright Start Academy celebrates Spring Day with a splash
The local Fire Department also joined the Spring Day fun.
After an earlier postponement due to unfavourable weather conditions, Bright Start Academy finally celebrated its annual Spring Day on Friday (September 11).
Learners make a splash
According to the school, the celebration brought learners and staff together for a day filled with outdoor activities and water-based entertainment.
“The children enjoyed slippery slides, jumping castles, foam, and bubbles, creating plenty of excitement throughout the day,” the school said.
A special moment for the children was a visit from the Fire Department, who joined the fun and used their fire hose to spray water over the learners and teachers.
“With the sun shining through the water spray, a beautiful bright rainbow appeared, creating a memorable sight for everyone.”
From the youngest babies to the teachers and staff, everyone had the opportunity to participate and enjoy the activities.
Fire Department adds special touch
The Fire Department’s participation just added that special touch to the school’s Spring Day and gave the children an experience they are sure to remember.
“Bright Start Academy would like to thank the Fire Department for joining the school and making the delayed Spring Day celebration a memorable one in true Bright Start Academy style,” they concluded.
