Another great Saturday at the Park Run
Runners came out in force, eager to enjoy the cool weather and beautiful surroundings, while having the opportunity to socialise with fellow parkrunners.
Warm sunshine and a cool breeze greeted Park runners at Snips Bird Park this past Saturday morning (June 1)
Competitors put their best foot forward as they sweated their way over the picturesque but gruelling five-kilometre course.
Many were observed challenging themselves to achieve their personal best time, while others decided on a brisk walk over the challenging course.
Once the run was out of the way, participants started their weekend with the satisfaction that health and fitness have been the first priority.
