Doggy day at Parkrun
Running enthusiasts brought their furry companions to join them on the challenging 5km course.
It was a doggy day at Parkrun on Saturday (October 19).
Despite the morning temperatures soaring above 20 degrees Celsius, the parking lot at Rooipoint Farm was packed, indicating a fantastic turnout.
A gentle breeze provided some relief as the runners pushed themselves to the finish line, with their beloved dogs jogging alongside them, showcasing their boundless energy.
After crossing the finish line, the pups happily returned to the course for a refreshing dip in a nearby body of water.
