The Angling Professional League continues to gain momentum as the membership continues to rise prior to the hosting of the first league on 19 October at Sandford.

A special general meeting will be held on September 6 at the War Room, 36 Asnika Crescent, Suryaville at 2 pm to allocate members to the four teams, namely Team Streetwire, The Paper House, the Fishing People and NFH Super Stars. The election of captains, vice captains and record clerk for the respective teams will take place at the meeting as well.

The Breakwaters Angling Club’s awards function will take place on November 8 at Status Hall and will be a social event not to be missed.
