Vryheid Rugby Club – Bring on the pain, it’s rugby season again

After a phenomenal 2014 and a brief rest period over the festive season, training will commence at Vryheid Rugby Club as of Thursday, January 8, at 5:30pm sharp and will be held on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Vryheid’s ‘men in maroon‘ have set a standard of excellence under the leadership of Head Coach, Rich Verster and will have their work cut out for them in maintaining their good form this season.

Hard work lies ahead but this season the motto is: “Cry now, laugh on Saturday.”
